Claim on Items being damage during shipping
If an item is damaged during shipping in transit, we would replace the item free of charge and cover the cost of the shipping the replacement. If you received your items and discovered it being damage during shipping, please file a claim to us within 24 hour after shipment arrival or we cannot honor the return. Please email us with photos of the damaged products together with your sales order / tracking reference no in your claim to us.
Items loss during shipment
If an item is loss during shipment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will file the claim with the courier company and provide necessary replacement or refund .
Deduction for free shipping promotion for orders shipped.
If your order was placed under a free shipping fees promotion, the original shipping price for that item will be deducted from your refund amount. If the returns brings your order value under the free shipping threshold, shipping fees will be applied to your order and deducted from your refund.
Warranty coverage of all products
All products sold under our website is backed by us or the manufacturer warranty services ( Unless otherwise stated in our promotion price) . The original invoice / receipts and products serial number will be required for manufacturing default claim. The warranty period of the electronic product brand is as follows;

Shipping charges for warranty claim
During the period of warranty coverage, the shipping charges will apply for;
Goods purchase within 30 day – We will bare both way return shipping to us and back to our customers.
Goods purchase more than 30 days, within warranty period- Buyer will bare shipment to us, or delivering to us in JB and we will bare return shipping to customer after repair / servicing .
All returned / exchanged items must be in completely unopened, new and unused condition in original packaging with all accessories included. We are unable to accept returns on an item that is used or the items packaging has been damaged or altered.
Products under limited warranty is subject to normal condition usages as it mean to be. Under no circumstances , the products shall be used for other purposes other than its original intended use . i.e; placing a equipment into a water where it is non meant to be, or using the pump out sump where it is intended only for in sump water use only which will cause abnormal damages to the equipment. Equipment found to be damage from any of the above causes may have their warranty void and customers might have to pay full or partial of the repair fees incurs including the shipment charges if any.
